  • Mind: Good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving your overall well-being are all essential to having a curious, active mind.

  • Body:  Whether you're an athlete or not, it's important to be physically active. It could be kickball, running laps, dodgeball -- anything that gets your heart beating and burns calories to keep you physically fit.

  • Soul:  By participating in a social recreation program,you can develop positive relationships your peers and learn how to cope with possibly stressful situations, such as public speaking or meeting new people.
